Synnelius Engineering is an independent consulting company for achieving maximum capital utilization with flexible equipment (robotics)  in contradiction to the suppliers interest of maximum capital investment. The company has a background in car industry and foundries and a world-wide experience.

A pre study of a project, done by this company, often simplify the project in a way a supplier don't want to.

Normally a spotwelding project can pay-off at 2,5 million spots/year, sometimes at 1 million. Maximum capacity at two shift is often 6 million spots/year but there are examples of up to 8 million.

For spot welding by robot the company has developed a PC-program to download called Robotsim. This program, based upon experience as robotics manager at a car factory, is unique as it use million spots as a base for calculation of downtime and economy, (e.g. key figure: Downtime in minuts/million spots).  It also shows how a too small transformer can lower the quality and increase the equipment needed.

The company has developed and manufactures a gripper (http://www.flexible-gripper.com)  for material handling of pieces with different shape. This prove the experience of product developement and of handling patent process.
